Xylinx LLC, a financial advisory firm serving privately held businesses and private equity investors, announced its acquisition of Pivot Business Group, a female-founded firm providing accounting, tax, bookkeeping and fractional CFO services to growing businesses.
Together, the organizations will provide coordinated support across accounting, tax advisory, fractional CFO services, valuation, financial due diligence and mergers and acquisitions advisory. The combined team of 35 professionals will help businesses strengthen their financial foundations, navigate increasingly complex needs and prepare for institutional investment, a future transaction or an eventual sale.
